March 2022: Women at HHRI

In this episode we take a look at the Woman of HHRI, and talk with a few of them about some of the challenges they have faced, how they overcame it, and what piece of wisdom they wish they would have known sooner. Kim Miller, VP of Operations, starts us off with a few institutional updates. Jambara Qualah fills us in on her story and how the woman in research campaign at HHRI got off the ground. Dr. Japuntich and Mona Shater answer our three questions.

Dr. Ajay Israni talks about our own burnout researcher, Dr. Linzer, and the survey his team is going to help us conduct for our own employees in the coming months. Danielle Hennen, our HR director, joins us to discuss benefits and what is available to all HHRI employees. Carey and Avery want to hear from you for next month's Woman in Science episode!
